Shipping and Returns

Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once a package is shipped, we have no control over how long it'll take to arrive. We also have no control over international customs delay and you're responsible for your country duty charges. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons. All orders are shipped with FedEx and Canada Post. Orders where Canada Post is the shipping carrier, it'll be handed over to your local shipping carrier for final delivery once they clear customs. Note that more detailed tracking information can often be found by tracing your parcel on the website of your local shipping carrier (i.e. USPS, China Post, UK Post, etc.).

Return and Exchange Policies

  • All sales are non-refundable.
  • We offer an exchange for the same style and in a different size only. But it needs to be sent back within 7 days of receiving the item. If more than 7 days have gone by since you received your package, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
  • To process your exchange, please contact support@lmsport.club within 5 days, and include your order number in the subject line of your email. Include photos of your item(s) and the reason for your request. Don't send back any item(s) until you have received approval from customer service.
  • Size exchanges are subject to inventory availability and final inspection of the item(s) by our fulfilment team.
  • We won't assume responsibility for any loss or damage to items returned without prior arrangements being made with our customer service department. It's the customer's job to ensure that a returned item is packaged and delivered intact, unworn, and in its original purchased condition and packaging.
  • You’ll be responsible for shipping charges throughout the exchange proccess. When shipping the items back to us, we strongly suggest using an appropriate carrier and packaging, along with a tracking system or shipping insurance. If any matters of liability arise, they'll be settled between the customer and the return shipping company directly.
  • In the case you were sent the incorrect item or for items classified as faulty or damaged, please email us within 24 hours of receipt at support@lmsport.club. Please make sure to include detailed photos and a description of the damaged product so we can look into this matter. Don't send back any item(s) until you have received approval from customer service. Once you hear back from our team member with next steps, please send your item to Luckyman Sport Club c/o Ship Noble, 49 Ossington Avenue, Toronto, ON M6J 2Y9
  • Defective exchanges are subject to final inspection of the item(s) by our fulfilment team.
  • If an order is returned to Luckyman due to an incomplete, invalid address or refused upon delivery, the customer will be contacted immediately and a postage fee will be applied for the cost of re-shipping. If the customer cannot be contacted or chooses not to pay the required re-shipping postage, Luckyman reserves the right to consider the order abandoned and a 25% restocking fee will be applied towards a store credit.
  • We reserve the right to deny a claim.

Shipping

To exchange your product, you should mail your product to Luckyman Sport Club c/o Ship Noble, 49 Ossington Avenue, Toronto, ON M6J 2Y9. Please make sure to include your full name and return address. You'll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.
